I took advantage of early voting Friday...will you?

    Voted Romney/Ryan, of course, and Akin over McCaskill, but at the state level, I pulled the lever for mostly Democrats, both Jay Nixon for governor and Chris Koster for Attorney General.

    So here's the dual premise of this thread...

    1) Are you planning on voting early/absentee...or waiting to head for the polls on election day?

    2) Are you leaning towards casting a vote for a candidate of party you tend to oppose?

    I love the excitement of election day but I always vote absentee. The reason for that is I like to be an educated voter and research the amendments proposed before I make a decision rather than hastily read it in the ballot booth and have trouble understanding it, let alone come to an informed decision.
