Yeah, my great grandmother was the same way. I don't have any health issues, I just wanna ditch the habbit.

So far so good! Went to work today without a back up inhaler thinking it would last all day. It died before lunch lol.
Only downside is I'm beginning to get some pain in my gums/teeth. Not really sure where it is originating from but it has me convinced that I need to ditch this inhaler thing soon.

1.8 mg Nicotine & whatever else is in it I don't know. It looks like smoke when I exhale but it's odorless.

more then likely it is the nicotine itself

at some point you have to put the nicotine down completely in order to stop smoking

having pain might be a good time to do that

it takes about three days for the nicotine to be gone from your system

it is not a pleasant experience but you can do it

if you have decided that you want to quit smoking

if i can do it

believe me you can too

Haven't had tobacco in decades, but, smoked too much crap weed along the way.

I wish hash oil e-cigs were legal everywhere, and you could grow your own and get it refined.

Now, that is a change I could hope for.

Never could get a pipe to replace joints, even though a pipe is more efficient.

I did find the hash oil e-joints in Colorado pretty good, but still did quite a few joints too.

That e-joint though, man, I could suck on that thing all day long.
