The TV I had 30 years ago wasn't that bad for the day, but, seriously, you gotta bite the bullet and pay the cash for a new TV.

They come in color now.

Well, how many million transistors does your TV have? Wait, it doesn't have millions of transistors??? Well, how heavy is it? You mean it does not fit those millions of transistors that it does not have on a wafer the size of a cracker?

Well, in short, likely because computers are infinitely more complex, produced to work with dozens of different types of components designed across a decade by thousands of different companies all without the user knowing or understanding anything more than single and double clicking..


So, yea, computers are not as reliable as the 30 year old TV set. lol
