Whether or not he helped create it, he was begging for more regulation and has been for years. Read Frank's speech when Congress belatedly agreed to do something. He's saying right there in the speech he doesn't think it's necessary.

Frank submitted a law back in 2004 that would have dealt with the problem way back then.

It was supported by the governors association.

And I showed you proof that Bush begged congress to supervise FMFM on the Federal level, and Congress refused to do it. They DIDN'T THINK IT WAS NECESSARY. READ FRANK'S SPEECH.
