I don't wanna ever hear Cigna complain about the loss ratio requirements under OCare
This company is full of waste. Example - they've sent me a new health ID card every week for the past 7 weeks or so. I now have 7 identical copies of the same card. For no reason at all other than they are idiots. If they aren't meeting the loss ratio requirements maybe they should start with the blatant waste.
