Perhaps a healthcare bill forcing small business to file thousands more 1099 tax forms & pay a lot more taxes & penalties will make small business want to hire more also.

The European Union was supposed to create an economic powerhouse. What it has done is reduce the motivation of weaker nations to improve. Now the richer and more productive are obligated to help the weak or damage their own futures.
