In general, legalizing prostituion will increase the amount of prostitution happening, but decrease associated crimes. In my eyes it is a good tradeoff.

Very true and it would get these women off the streets maybe! I also lived a city with a famous prostitute killer and with making it legal it make the women who have to live this life style alittle safer.

I believe if you don't like pornography, don't look at it. If you don't like strip clubs, don't go to them. If you don't want your children looking at it, don't let them.

You can't shield your children from the world but if you are a parent who takes an active role in your child's life you can get pretty-damned close. Dumping the child in front of the TV and going about your business is NOT taking an active role. Same with a computer. They all have parental controls now.

Try teaching your children right from wrong.

BTW, Children are not allowed to purchase pornography, nor view it in stores -- why it's behind the counter -- and they aren't allowed in stripclubs. Nude beaches and colonies are controlled environments, and usually secluded.

What you REALLY want is the law to make parenting easier for you.
