Seems, to me, that that is a bit of a leap. I mean going from "He's not a natural born citizen." to "He's here illegally." Don't you think? Stop and think about that. Saying someone was born in another country, is nowhere near the same as saying they jumped the border illegally. If that where the case then every person who was born in another country is illegally here, including the First Lady. Of course no sane, informed person would make that argument.
