What the HELL was she thinking?

Manu, it's 2:30 am, do you KNOW where your kids are? I think I heard something... :smoke:

J/k. Same thing happens to me, when I'm pressed into watching any classroom of kids under the age of 10. Within minutes, several of them are crying, I don't know what I do....

how do you guys do this? the best i get is Jess going to wisconsin for the day for work!

Dude.. You're not supposed to want to get rid of her that quick.. :D

C'mon.. Laugh at Manu with me. You know you want to...

trust me, im laughing alright...lol

im jsut saying that when Jess says she has to go to WI for work, she says something to the effect of ill be back about 7ish... then when i go to lunch at 430 or so, shes home already.
she says she may be heading up to Canada for some work for a new account they have coming in. but ill beleve that one when i see it. not that i want her to go real bad, but i do like to sleep alone... well alone as i can get with 2 cats anyway

First I was afraid
I was petrified
Kept thinking I could never live
without you by my side
But I spent so many nights
thinking how you did me wrong
I grew strong
I learned how to carry on
and so you're back
from outer space
I just walked in to find you here
with that sad look upon your face
I should have changed my stupid lock
I should have made you leave your key
If I had known for just one second
you'd be back to bother me

Go on now go walk out the door
just turn around now
'cause you're not welcome anymore
weren't you the one who tried to hurt me with goodbye
you think I'd crumble
you think I'd lay down and die
Oh no, not I
I will survive
as long as i know how to love
I know I will stay alive
I've got all my life to live
I've got all my love to give
and I'll survive
I will survive

It took all the strength I had
not to fall apart
kept trying hard to mend
the pieces of my broken heart
and I spent oh so many nights
just feeling sorry for myself
I used to cry
Now I hold my head up high
and you see me
somebody new
I'm not that chained up little person
still in love with you
and so you felt like dropping in
and just expect me to be free
now I'm saving all my loving
for someone who's loving me

My husband wants to know how you did this. :bow3:

The first thing out of his mouth was, that guy is going to get to "see the game".

I promised to do the honey-do list while the In-Laws took her and the kids up to their mountain house. I did quite a lot of the list (not a sissy list by any means, I moved about a ton of rock over the weekend), and yes, I got to see the game too.

:D

Day three must have been hell, he hasn't posted since day two! Did he make it?

I was wondering the same. I hope he's not looking for that one that got away, again. :eek2:
