Looks like someone in the tower bungled.

From what i understand several things happened.

The small commuter jet stopped short of its jet way, trying to avoid truck.
The jumbo is the biggest plane there is and needs the whole right of way.
The right of ways at JFK are 25 feet narrower then most right of ways.

I watched the video again. It must have been one hell of a weird second or two in the smaller plane. First you'd feel and see the cabin rock rather severely left and right and then the whole plane quickly pivots to the left nearly 90 degrees. About the instant you realized something was very wrong though it was over.
