Yep. I was one of the few who cracked a million points on the original arcade Pac-Man with all of my own patterns 40 odd yrs ago.

I was being interviewed one time by the paper while playing. I remember I was at an easy 750,000 when I had to take a leak so bad I had to leave the game .Lol

Never could crack the 2 million point. I think I was at 50 keys if I remember.

Pretty competent on Galaga too. Any old gamers with crippled fingers left?

No one beats Rambunctious at Resident Evil and Gran Turismo one thru 4.....

If i had only invested all those quarters I spent on arcade games in good mutual funds, I might be able to retire now. I was really good at Mrs. Pack Man (she had better tits than the MR.). My college roommate and I figured out Time Pilot such that we could play for hours per quarter.

I remember when DOOM came out. I got hooked on that stupid game until I found the cheats for it.

Then I lost interest when I discovered internet porn.

I had to save my progress probably 100 times to complete one level with only the chain saw.

I remember Galaga, I was pretty good with it. I think there's still one down t' the laudromat in the next town down the hill.

There was another game, can't remember what it was called but in the all-black-and-white days, another blow-up-spaceships thingy, that I was really good at.

Now I'll do Mahjong or Sudoku. :dunno: Just one though.

That was the first real arcade game that set this all in motion. The original. Invaders was actually a very very difficult game after 2 or 3 rounds.

Galaga was such a fun game. I actually used it to help me in Pac-Man for reflexes. My legend was short lived. I haven't played anything since maybe 1985. Lol.........I was a bright light that faded quickly. But I did go out on top. Lol
