No states should receive more federal money than what they pay in taxes, which are overwhelmingly red states. Not only will this help with our federal budget, but it will give the incentive for these lazy freeloaders to actually contribute to American society while putting Republican principles into actions.
Additionally, refund all those blue state that pay much more in federal taxes than they receive. Let them use their own money to solve their own problems instead of keeping red states afloat.
