Casey Anthony: Hustler Offers $500,000 For Nude Photos, Larry Flynt Reports

Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt said he is willing to pay Casey Anthony $500,000 to pose naked for his magazine. The porn mogul made the announcement on HLN's "Nancy Grace" show Thursday night.

"We made an offer of a half-a-million dollars, but ... she would receive 10 percent of [any additional profits], and the reason why I did that is I'm still ambivalent as to how well this will do," Flynt said.

"But in case it goes viral and there's this huge interest and everybody wants to see the photographs, well, you know, millions could be made, so we don't know," Flynt continued. "But, I think it was generous of us to put a percentage of the profits in for her because it could amount to a great deal more money."

On July 5, a jury of seven women and five men acquitted Anthony, 25, of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. The jury did, however, find her guilty of four lesser counts of lying to police officers about the disappearance of her child -- a decision she is appealing. Credited with good behavior and time served, Anthony was released from jail on July 17. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

Flynt said he did not necessarily agree with the verdict in the Anthony trial but has come to accept it.

"We can't trash our legal system and try to dismantle it or set it aside just because we're not happy with one particular verdict," he said. "You know, people need to get a life and move on."

If Anthony agreed to pose nude, Flynt said a portion of the profits earned from the sale of the magazine would go to abused children and abused children's shelters.

Earlier this month, Playboy guru Hugh Hefner told CNN's Piers Morgan that a lot of people have been asking him if he would consider giving Anthony a spread in his magazine.

Hefner said, "I wouldn't reward someone like that."

Substituting for Grace Thursday, Jean Casarez, from "In Session" on the truTV network, asked Flynt what he thought about Hefner's comments. He replied:

"Mr. Hefner is 86 years old, and he's still living in the 1950s ... looking at the Marilyn Monroe centerfold. He was never really able to grow with the times, and that’s why 'Playboy' has all the problems they have. But I'm not interested in bashing Hef now."

Flynt said he did not consider approaching Anthony with a deal until fans of his magazine began pestering him about it.

"People have been coming to me in droves, you know, wanting this," he said. "I've never seen that happen before. ... I think a lot of people really think that she is attractive and they would like to see her in that sort of a layout."

She's going to get the Porn offers too, if she can't make a mint off of the talk shows, a book or a movie she will have this to fall back on, a Casey Anthony porn will make alot of money.

Typical comments I heard during her trial:

Women: "What did she do to her hair?"
Men: "I'd do her!"

Casey Anthony files for bankruptcy in Florida
Jan 26,`13 -- Casey Anthony filed for bankruptcy in Florida on Friday, claiming about $1,100 in assets and $792,000 in liabilities.
Court records show that Anthony, who was acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2011, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in federal court in Tampa. Her listed debts include $500,000 for attorney fees and costs for her criminal defense lawyer during the trial, Jose Baez; $145,660 for the Orange County Sheriff's office for a judgment covering investigative fees and costs; $68,540 for the Internal Revenue Service for taxes, interest and penalties; and $61,505 for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for court costs.

The filling also states that she is a defendant in several civil suits, including one brought by Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez for defamation in Orange County Circuit Court. Fernandez-Gonzalez claims she was damaged by Anthony telling detectives that a baby sitter by the same name kidnapped Caylee. The detectives were investigating the 2008 disappearance of the girl, who later was found dead. Anthony's attorney said details offered by Anthony did not match Fernandez-Gonzalez and clearly showed Anthony wasn't talking about her. Court papers list Anthony as unemployed. An attorney for Anthony, David Schrader, did not immediately respond to messages from the Associated Press.

The filing came on the same day that a Florida appellate court set aside two of the four convictions she faced for lying to detectives during the investigation into her missing daughter. Though Anthony was acquitted of killing Caylee, jurors convicted her of four counts of lying to detectives, and her attorneys appealed those convictions. Anthony was sentenced to time served for the misdemeanors. She was sentenced to a year of probation after her release from jail for an unrelated case. For her protection, her whereabouts have been kept secret since she was released from state supervision last year.
