Hurricane Sandy Aide Turned Away

Sandy victims want help from the government to keep building on land sure to flood again. What about personal responsibility and buy flood insurance. Why should I keep paying for them to rebuild so they can live on the beach. Those they don't want to rebuild want the government to purchase their property? The Indians warned them about building in New Orleans and Manhattan which was stolen from the Indians.
