Thank God for OnStar. Our car has it, and i have yet to actually have to use it, but its nice to know its there, because my cell isn't always.

my grandparents have it on their new car, because where they live (up in the north woods), cell service is not very good. I bought them a 1-year subscription for them as a retirement gift.
