Is there anybody, anywhere who can possibly be held accountable for this waste of YOUR tax money? In this article, we have the waste of $160 million on an electrical grid that can't be used approved by some mysterious someone in the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction finds case after case of misuse and corruption. But, nobody does anything about it and nobody is held accountable.

It's a great big scam in Afghanistan. The government gives the money to the Afghans,contractors and the NGO's who piss it away. Afghanistan is just a great big money laundering scheme.
I speak from experience. I was an embedded advisor with the AAF '11-12. That place...lol!
