Humana to Opt Out of Obamacare Exchanges

If it didn't hurt so many innocent people who like their plans before ObamaCare forced them into these horrible, money losing monstrosities, the Schadenfreude of seeing Big Insurance get shafted by their collusion with Obama would be quite delish.

Except they're not.
people are being hurt by it.
Its just not something that you all notice in the ghetto

Big Insurance is losing a ton-o-bucks on ObamaCare. That's why Humana and United Healthcare have bailed. Aetna, quite wisely, opted out of most of it from the beginning. And the government backed exchanges are careening into insolvency (if they haven't already declared bankruptcy).

Hopenchange!

Their values on the stock exchange would indicate otherwise. And Aetna recently purchased Humana, which doesn't fit your narrative.

My response was to boedicca's claim that the poor widdle insurers were suffering. They aren't.

Condolences on your disconnect from reality, but at least you have the consolation of a delusional fantasy life to keep you entertained.

You weren't aware that insurance companies continue to flourish, that Aetna purchased Humana, or both?

Like the article from bizjournals that I posted above? If you have contrasting evidence, I'd love to read that.

If I read her posts...I'd be interested in the less-than-snappy comeback you'll see.

You see, what will be said...they are making money so they can't be losing money on Obamacare.

Which is totally stupid.

Obamacare has propped up their markets outside of the exchanges which are much larger. They are making lots of money...and losing some of it on Obamacare.

The left just can't accept that and so look to the west every morning for the sun to rise. When it rises in the east, they mutter "freaking GWB......".
