Focusing on the tool used doesn't touch the core problem. If someone wants to hurt you, to cause mass destruction they will find a way. In England they have very strict gun laws so over there they get blown up, run over and stabbed or cut up and sold in kebobs. Evil is in the heart and if this guy had the means they say he did, he could've flown one of his (2) planes into the concert and really done some damage, maybe destroy an entire hotel/casino full of people.
