I know our own Left/Socialists here routinely deny that but it is the truth. Nationalist Socialism is Fascism. So if you've been a big Chavez boot-licker over the years,you are likely a Fascist yourself. Now is Chavez Obama's mentor? Is Obama trying to emulate him? I'm not sure. Well Totalitarianism comes in different flavors. The bigger the Government,the more likely it is that Totalitarianism will be the end-result. Big Government oppression usually comes in the form of Socialism/Communism. Fascism is just a result of Socialism. You can't even get to Fascist Totalitarianism without first embracing Socialism. Chavez is a Nationalist Socialist just as Hitler was. Now how much Obama admires and emulates Chavez,i just can't say for sure. But in the end,Totalitarianism is Totalitarianism. It doesn't really matter which flavor Totalitarians are. They're all bad.
