Damn right! I pay for health insurance for my family because it is the smart thing to do. Those who CHOOSE to not buy health insurance and then actually need care take even more money from me. I agree whoelheartedly with this provision. Unless of course, you are willing to allow hospitals and other healthcare facilities to turn away people without health insurance and are otherwise unable to pay for their OWN care?
People should be free to succeed and they should be free to fail. What's next? What other freedom are you willing to give up in insure that someone will take care of you?
I will gladly support the repeal of the provision forcing everyone in this country to buy healthcare (except for their children), if you are willing to endorse reprealing the law that forces hospitals to treat everyone, regardless of whether they can pay for it or not.

This still has all those dems that go back to their districts wearing their "fiscal conservative" hat, on record supporting a 1.2 TRILLION dollar grab of personal liberty.
