How your Congressman voted on health bill

I don't know which way it's going to cut, but for sure, some congress-people are going to be facing the voter firing squad next fall.

There should be a poll asking people to place their bet on what the composition of the House will be after the mid-terms next fall. It's 258 - 177 right now, although there's a special election in January, I think.

I think maybe 232 - 203, somewhere around there (with the Democrats retaining a slimmer majority than now), and 56 - 44 in the Senate (counting left-leaning indies as Dems), down from 60-40 now.

I've already written to my Congressman (Joe Donnelly- Indiana) to tell him where he can shove his re-election bid in 2010.

All R Florida congresscritters voted N..:clap2: and I was shocked to see that one D congresscritter A. Boyd voted N :clap2: all the rest of the DUmmies D voted yes.

My Rep to Congress voted for it and he/she did not take his/her districts feelings into consideration.

He/she is a first term Rep taking over a long time held republican seat.

He/she refused to hold any town hall meetings, even after many, many requests to please do so. He/she would only take email questions. The one public, well semi public event he/she held on it back during the break was with a very small group of hand picked people just for a news clip and photo op!

This Rep to Congress will be replaced at the next election. As this district also stands strongly against Tax and Crap!

The democrat party is sealing it's own fate here. I find it amazing that even after public dissent, they are simply shoving it off and going forward. If the opposition were limited to just the republican party, honestly I would expect it, but, I don't think they realize the damage they are doing to their own party.

So much the better in my opinion.

Mike

Hopefully, the Senate will kill the bill and it won't make any difference which way the House voted.

After seeing how nutcases were showing up armed with semi-automatic weapons to the "town hall" meetings over the summer, I'm not sure how many of them I'd be holding either, unless they put in a good metal detector at the door.

Just like a lefty to stretch the truth to fit an agenda

Try actually dealing with WHERE the LEGAL gun carriers were, what they were actually doing, and what they were there in support of...

We have another bobo clone... jeez..

Thanks for the info get_involved. Getting involved is the only way to stop this massive Socialist Nightmare.

I'm from NW Indiana...Pete Visclosky is my Rep. He voted YES. I thought he would...too much at stake for him if he voted NO.
