How will Republicans be able to escape the charge of complicity with Russia and Putin?

If Russia can have something on Trump, isn't it possible they have something on other Republicans?

WTF, so much for relying on anything resembling facts.
There is a reason Trump is so submissive to Putin. What is it?
/----/ Why was Obozo so soft on Putin, is the better question.
President Trump is tougher on Russia in 18 months than Obama in eight years
Even though the left-wing media will never give him credit, President Trump has been far tougher on Russia than his predecessor, Barack Obama.

For starters, it was President Obama who, according to Reuters, was “caught on camera” saying to a Russian leader that he’ll have more flexibility after the election — not President Trump.

The fact is, President Trump has been quite tough on Russia.

So much so, the sanctions resemble a Russian nesting doll: one sanction of top of another, on top of another.

That's it! Doncha see. The entire republican party and every republican has been taken over by Russians. Whenever a republican wins an election, it's really RUSSIANS that won. The only way to assure that the election is secure is when democrats are elected, specifically, democrat socialists. Everyone else is a Russian.

As most of us are aware, Democrat voters are not the brightest bulbs in the light fixture.

This time it was Russian collusion, Comey, third party candidate, and of course, the popular vote.

The time before that it was Diebold machines.

The time before that it was punch card ballots and the Supreme Court.

In between for Congressional seats it was gerrymandering, Voter-ID, and voter disenfranchisement.

Democrats are too dense to see this pattern here that everybody else can see, and that is the DNC has to make excuses for every loss they have to convince the sheep they really never lost any elections--Republicans just found a way to cheat them out of their rightful win. They need to reinforce this lie that the GOP is a party of old white guys dying off.

"Escape the charge"? How can anyone "escape a charge"? That's the secret behind a witch hunt.

As Trump Struggles With Helsinki’s Fallout, Congress Faces a New Charge: Complicity

WASHINGTON — In the nearly two years since Russia attacked the American democratic process, congressional Republicans have played conflicting roles in the drama: Some have pressed to impose sanctions on Russia and quietly pursue investigations, but they have been outshouted by Republicans who have obfuscated and undercut efforts to uncover the Kremlin’s plot.

And when the House Intelligence Committee closed its Russia investigation, declaring no evidence of collusion, it raised doubts about the intelligence agencies’ conclusion that Mr. Trump had wanted Mr. Putin to win, before backtracking. (In Helsinki last week, Mr. Putin confirmed that he had indeed wanted Mr. Trump to win. “Yes, I did. Yes, I did,” he told reporters.)

“No prior president has ever abased himself more abjectly before a tyrant,” Mr. McCain said in the wake of the summit meeting.

But a day later, at a regular forum hosted by the Freedom Caucus, lawmakers close to Mr. Trump declared the meeting a success, pinning blame not on his performance but on the reporters who had the audacity to ask the two leaders about the attacks.

--------------------------

If Russia can have something on Trump, isn't it possible they have something on other Republicans? There has to be a reason for this sudden embrace of Russia.

Democrat strategies are the most entertaining. They don't even understand how they are setting themselves up for the fall.

The anti Trumpers are going to try and stretch this farce until election time. But Trump will be boasting about how much money and time was wasted in this witch hunt to reveal not one shred of evidence of Russian collusion. Unlike other Presidents, Trump is not about to let the media lead the charge. He will go state to state to yell what a dog and pony show this is. When those messages are conveyed to the public, it's likely we will gain voters for the next election.

Your assertion is bullshit.

That you don't agree with what you don't understand is what makes you a classic left winger.

Totally intolerant and totally ignorant.

Wouldn't it make more sense to give us some facts on Trump being submissive. Much better than your "maybes".

Facts....he confuses those with the little brown things that drop out his ass.

Submissive? When he has done more to punish Russia than Obama ever did?

Even though I didn’t support him, I am amazed at how adept he has been at finally exposing the left and calling them out. He has made significant inroads into exposing them.

At this point, what difference does it make?!

How will Republicans be able to escape the charge of complicity with Russia and Putin?

Oh I don't know....maybe by pointing out that down-ticket dems also lost big in 2016? Was it the Russians and Putin too? Or were middle dems defecting in droves because of an unpalatable platform issue forced on the party by the far left?

We like electing the so called common man and for some strange reason, Trump was assigned that moniker even though a privileged snot-nose brat with an IQ barely above cretin! The jury's still out on his level of intelligence with him demanding other people's transcripts when all of us know, when he points a finger, a bunch more are pointed back at him! He brings about his own discreditation! This is going to blow up sooner than later & it's gonna cost the country for quite a while! :102:

There's no doubt Trump is a bloviating narcissist. However, narcissists can be ruthless enough to become pretty good mediocre businessmen and wheeler-dealers. He should've called his book "The Art of the Steal".

That being said, his handlers are making the best of what they have and so we have "The Trump Administration". The machine whirs away behind the bloated orange pontificator, making good use of the distraction. Dems can cry and cry about removing the head of the mushroom, but the mycelium will be just fine.

The point is, the election is over far-left dems. You lost. And you lost because you shoved away your middle base with spiraling insanity that even the most accommodating voter just couldn't take anymore. It happened up and down ticket; the rejection. So you can spout about the Russians, about emails, about Hillary being too unlikable and all the rest, but at the end of the day, the far left operatives shot themselves in the foot.

As a result, we have Donald Trump as president at least until 2020. His removal from Office before then would be a colossal waste of taxpayer funds and only get you Pence as the next president today, and after election 2020. Best get that unpalatable platform issue thingy figured out by then or you're going to go extinct as a party.

Kind of like the bully in school stealing your lunch money day after day, and one day you decide to sucker punch him.

In the nearly two years since HRC's candidacy was severely and deservedly destroyed Demo Rats continue their attempt to redo the 2016 election .

So it appears that the DEMO RATS are not taking their prescribed medications

Additional sanctions on Russia?

Now that trying to force Trump to declare war on Russia is failing, the next step is to push Russia so hard there is no alternative to war.

I don't think we'll go to war over the fact that the Mook Mafia is trying to spin the 2016 losses for dems from dems. I think people will remember that down-ticket dems also got a drubbing before the smokescreen leads to war.
