Clearly it will, since Iraqis obviously have no interest in remaining as their own state, and aren't willing to fight for their own homes. The Kurds will hopefully get some of it, and probably parts of Syria when it falls as well, but what about the rest? Jordan could use some more territory, and the Kuwaitis will likely get a piece.
