Brown and caucasian have nothing to do with each other. You should stop watching propaganda. There are way more non caucasian hispanics than white. Middle Easterners are by far Brown or Black in color despite what you see on TV. When I worked at Cisco about 10 years ago all the East Indians were my color or darker to provide an example.

Hispanic and or Latino are 35.3 million
Blacks are 34.6 million.
