Agreed. That is a good thing.

I've found some information and the story about Crimea and Ukraine is that in 1954 the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet did transfer Crimea from Russia to Ukraine.
Some say the decree wasn't legal because:
1) only 13 of 27 members were present, so there was no quorum;
2) Soviet Constitution said you can't altered the territory of USSR Republic without its consent, and Russia wasn't informed and didn't give any consent

Pure nonsense. There are no any international laws on it. The Crimea was given to Ukriane by Khruschev, the leader of the USSR. What was going on later is not determined by any laws.
