The best way to eliminate foriegn wars and bring down the military excursions of the federal government is to eliminate 70% of federal tax revenue. We should go back to only charging indirect taxes vs direct taxes on the people because once you cut off the money to the federal government it will become harder and harder for them to engage in foreign wars.

Throw in a balance budget amendment as well.

The best way to limit government is to limit how much money they can spend. Perhaps we can have an amendment that says that the federal budget can not go over so much. This limits what taxes they can put on us and what they want to do such as foreign wars.
