Take some Melatonin...

... is related to seratonin which helps the brain regulate its adjustment to sleep and wakefulness...

... can get it over the counter...

... more than 1 brand on the shelf, 1, 2, 3, or 5mg...

... seems to help stop nightmares...

... helps against insomnia too.

and yet some think nothing of kicking cats to the curb...sad isnt it

A few years ago, my husband drove by a farm we used to live on (rented house/ weird times/ trying to make it to LA and Katrina hit/ long story)and one of my favorite beasties on the planet was there all by herself.

Well I knew the owner of the property was this amazing champ who had always always taken care of his cattle and his kitties. But there she was all by herself.

We knew something was wrong.

So we kidnapped her. There's no nice way to put it. We stole her. I actually put up a thread on a website going..."so I stole a cat today" can anyone forgive me?:eusa_angel:

So we stole her. My sidekick for the last 4 years. She joined the rest of the crew at Rainbow Bridge last August.

What a joy she was. I don't understand people who don't love cats. I'm beyond a fan. I adore them.
