hvacdude,
few here have 2 minutes of attention span, let alone 1 1/2hrs. This is exactly what makes people like Denny K unelectable, the Adali Stevenson curse, if you will

that said classism is alive and well in America, no less that that of the past English cast system , or any given historic plutocracy or monarchy

the irony being that the very same mamonisists who are taking it in the shorts for the obvious disparity will support the perps, blame a welfare queen, and call your offerings class envy

Why not read "Reckless Endangerment"

now nobody can deny that liberalism caused the housing crisis. No one would dare say with a straight face the Fanny Freddie, CRA , and the Federal Reserve did not cause the crisis.

Hvactec, I suggest you consider summarizing this video. Most people don't have the time to watch an hour and half of political speeches.

Wall Street provides two very important functions, a market to buy and sell securities and a place where businesses can raise investment capital. Over the years Wall Street has added countless ways, that the American public and businesses can gamble. We have shorts, puts, calls, straddles, spreads, SIVs, CFVs, ETOs, and thousand types of derivatives.

I see nothing wrong with gambling on Wall Street as long as it's with your own money. The problems start when businesses start gambling with their clients money and when the size of those bets get so big that they bring down the market.

We need to get Wall Street back to the basic reason for it's existence, to make a market for securities and help businesses raise investment capital.

Don't talk about right wing "heroes". It makes them very, very mad.

...gambling on Wall Street ...
My experience has been that the people who talk about Wall Street gambling are leftists that like gambling and have never owned stocks. Gambling is what happens in casinos where customers defy reality and pay big money to owners for the 'entertainment'. Wall St. is where investors embrace reality and buy into ownership of casinos and create wealth. That's the only connection between Wall St. and gambling.
