How reliable is the Bible and Paul's many journeys?

CAN WE RELY ON THAT APOSTLE PAUL REALLY WENT ON ALL THOSE TRIPS? Apostle Paul is, according to the Bible, or interpretation of it, to have gone on several missionary trips. But how reliable is all this? Did he really go on all these trips, or are they all made up?

IF ALL THOSE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WERE FED BY CHRIST JESUS HOW COULD HE HAVE BEEN OPPOSED? Paul is to have travelled all through parts of the then ''civilized world.'' Did he? What about the earlier happenings when Christ Jesus is to have fed thousands of people? If so, how could he have any opposer? Is there something strange here?

First off--we can safely assume there was a Paul of Taursus.

The problem is that his testament of Christ and the estament of the others to christ does not seem o describe th same person. In fact, I think Paul's christ never existed on Earth. While the others made every effort to ensure that Christ was witnessed on Earth and events about their Christ is centered on Earth.

I have a theory of why this is so--It is called the Hellenic Mistake. Hellenicism was a religion that existed before Chrisstianity and it contained miracles and so forth that when told to newcomers, they were compelled to disbelieve. The Christians wished to avoid this by creating "witnesses" that testified to the miracles that The Hellenics were not able to verify or reproduce at the spur of the moment. Thus the need for witnesses to Christ. The question now is--where are the witnesses?

Where is Mary Magdalene, The betrayer Judas or the favorite one Simon buried. Did these people exist??

There are ways of reasonably verifying these stories. First, the letters that Paul wrote to churches where he "had" been are consistent. The events that he experienced, and the religions and such that he faced were all there at the time. His writingd about Jesus are accurate, even though some don't want to believe them. Remember, Paule did not know Jesus the way the discipoles did. Paul only met Him in the one event while Paul was still persecuting the believers.

Paul's perspective is more the spiritual one, while the others were personal witness perspectives. Both are correct. They really don't contradict each other.

So, Yes Paul's stories are accurate.

How reliable is the Bible and Paul's many journeys? Beats me. Seeing as how the Bible is "the word of God" I hope to ask him first hand one day how reliable the Bible is. If I happen to see Paul I'll ask him about his journeys. He should know if it's recorded correctly. For all the rest of us it's just speculation unless you believe the Bible is the true word of God.

It's interesting how easy it is to question the existance of people from thousands of years ago. That's a not so great argument. I personally don't believe that ancient people were such the horrible liars that many (not all) agnostics believe them to be, for whatever reason. They seem to have such a negative view of humanity, or they do atleast when it comes to those things that are written that they have a problem with.
