the Obama administration has hired a private company called SCYTL located in Spain. A vote processing company where the votes will be counted. Once counted it will be impossible to go back and check the integrity at the local level. This is how Obama will steal the election.

One of the SCYTL partners is Oracle, a major supporter of all things democrat.
