You think Bob hasn't already done this? Think again

Fortunately, while he retains his position, Mueller has a powerful tool at his disposal: the “sealed,” or secret, indictment. If Mueller indeed determines that he has a strong case against Trump, a secret indictment returned by a grand jury will help protect the integrity of his investigation even if he is fired, while also avoiding the risk of provoking Trump to try to further impede the probe.

Sealed indictments are routinely employed by federal prosecutors in sensitive investigations, particularly when a public indictment might have a negative effect on an ongoing investigation. To carry out this strategy, Mueller would request that the already empaneled grand jury—the one considering matters related to Russian interference in the election—issue criminal charges against Trump himself. If the grand jury were to find probable cause for the charges to proceed, whatever they might be, a magistrate judge would then decide whether the indictment could remain secret. If the judge were to determine that it could, the charges would then remain hidden from public view until the criminal defendant is taken into custody or released on bail.

If Trump were to fire Mueller, an already filed sealed indictment would outlast Mueller’s tenure. A sealed indictment can only be dismissed by a judge, meaning Trump cannot rid himself of a legal headache simply by terminating the special counsel. A sealed indictment would also ensure that the statute of limitations for crimes Trump might be charged with would not expire. This leaves open the possibility of Trump being tried in the future.

Dang? If You be loser farmer?

Shake a cow long enough it makes better butter.
Some farmers manual agitate the milk with a deep arm
up to the shoulder for best results.

How long do you do the above to get yours?

So Mueller could not find any evidence Russia hacked the DNC emails, so he is playing a game of some kind by planting fake investigations throughout the country. Is Mueller working for ISIS? Why does Mueller hate our country here in the USA?

It might be better had Mueller found evidence of Trump actually committing a crime.

Now Obama actually broke laws by spying on Trump

Frank, you are not THAT stupid, impeachment is an allegation of high crimes and misdemeanors, clearly Trump has committed dozens (hundreds) of misdemeanors which do not amount to a crime, and the most obvious high crime is not necessarily a felony, and the one committed is to divide our nation by abusing his power when making statements bringing discredit to The Constitution, and its purpose in making the Separation of Power the cornerstone of our Republic.

Echoing "spygate" is ridiculous, there is no evidence that espionage was committed by Obama and no reason; the purpose Trump keeps repeating this word, it to deflect from his abuse of power in attempting and failing to discredit the investigation.

Be honest, if Bill Clinton fired Ken Starr, what would you have written?

The Trump Swamp is guilty of so much crime, they're all shitting bricks.
Mueller is WAY smarter than just about all of them, you can bet he's covered any action that Trump might take.
From Wikipedia:
The 2017–present Special Counsel investigation is an ongoing United States law enforcement investigation of Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and any Russian (or other foreign) interference in the election, including exploring any possible links or coordination between Trump’s campaign and the Russian government, "and any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation." The scope of the investigation reportedly also includes potential obstruction of justice by President Trump and others.
Note particularly:
"and any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation." The scope of the investigation reportedly also includes potential obstruction of justice by President Trump and others.
Numerous 'matters' have undoubtedly 'arisen directly', and 'obstruction of Justice' is a shoo-in.

Tick, tick, tick!

This thread should be renamed to.......

How Corrupt Tyrants can Hide Their Tracks

And btw....it's not 'His', investigation. It's supposed to represent an action on behalf of the PEOPLE of the United States....and it certainly does not do that at all

You Commies always believe that the people serve the government rather than the other way around
