Right now they are at $151.3 million after 3 weeks and sitting at #8. The movie was awesome, so word of mouth will increase (not decrease viewer-ship), so how much do you think it will make.

3 Marvel's The Avengers BV $1,518.6
4 Furious 7 Uni. $1,489.6
5 Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 WB $1,341.5
6 Frozen BV $1,274.2
7 Iron Man 3 BV $1,215.4

It is easily going to beat Iron Man 3, Frozen and Harry Potter Part 2. Furious 7 is still going and I think it will top the Avengers 1, but I think Avengers 2 will top Furious 7 and Avengers 1. So the question lies how far will it go? I think it has a chance of topping Titanic, but Avatar? Probably not.

Spoken like a true lib. First, I have no doubt Mad Max will be great and I can't wait to see it, since I was a HUGE fan of the 1st 2 (I blocked out the 3rd one). Second, it's rated R, that limits it's out reach. And I am TRILLED they didn't go Hollywood and dumb down a great movie for a bigger box office like what Terminator is doing!
