How much exercise do you do every day? What kind of exercise do you do?
Sometimes I can be lazy and do nothing for weeks. Other times I would run and go to the gym and train hard. Its so hard to stay consistent for me. I try to get 30 minutes of exercise done every day.

I play 18 holes of golf everyday. I walk, don't ride and push my cart.
18 Holes is about 6300 yards. That's about 50 swings and 30 putts
 
I never exercise every day but try to run at least 2 or 3 times a week with a long run of 8 or 9 miles. When I'm training for a marathon I run 25 to 30 miles a week usually. I do Some weightlifting and squats but not a lot.
