The rest of this year and all of next year people will be moving away from high SALT blue jurisdictions to lower SALT blue jurisdictions when and where that makes sense but for the most part the internal migration appears to be greater in impact than would be expected from the 7-9 projected seat changes. The investigate not legislate vs. bring home the bacon warring agendas in the D house Caucus with the Senate, White House and the courts being in increasingly R hands are going to help Rs further because any and all problems can be blamed on the internal divisions of the Ds. That in turn will lead to big problems in keeping Blue states blue and solvent.

Given the projected contenders for Trump's opponent reelection is highly likely.
