In the last 5 years we've either attacked or been at war with Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Pakistan, Somalia, and Yemen.

Timeline of United States military operations - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I used the 5 year period to avoid the hypsensitive reaction of the hyperpartisans, as this period includes different levels of power held by both parties.

So if 6 countries in 5 years isn't enough, what kind of number would you think is accurate?

We have been In a World War against terrorism since 2001. Terrorists recognize no borders so neither should we.

Still seems pretty regional to me, to be a world war it would have to be a continental conflict involving every military power. As yet it is mostly just us blowing up people and things.

Well i guess, the top of Afghanistan to the bottom of Somalia is an enormous area.

That's a good answer, we have an ongoing world war.

One that's been going on for over 10 years with no end in sight, yikes.

The US has fought dozens of local little wars, sometimes at the same time. This is no different.
So a big FAIL to you and your narco-libertarian buds. Now go smoke some pot.

Rabbi doing what he does best, trying to turn a logical discussion into slap-fighting, hair-pulling and tantrum throwing.

Go back to supporting RomneyCare and single payer Gingrich on another thread please.
