Two Trillion in repatriations, for the most part, those funds are already in the country waiting in treasuries while the repatriating companies decide where to put the money. The decision has several dimensions:

SALT and mortgage deduction caps will have a huge effect on the available labor force for 2019 on. Even with very heavy dependence on robotics and automation competition for skilled labor is driving up labor prices.

Companies like Amazon, Apple and Facebook are going to hit normal multiples because they are becoming old tech like Microsoft did.

Foreign companies will also be competing for the same things to both avoid being caught in the crossfire of a possible trade war and also to get into the least regulated and least taxed economy in the big ten economies of the world no matter how you figure GDP. How many lads are there?
