How libs destroy civilization

And also the guy that was asked by Antioch College (major lefist school) in Ohio to give the commencement address 2000 which he did in a recording from over the phone from jail.

And also the guy in 2000 was made an honorary citizen in the city of Paris, France? Major location for social liberals and certainly anti-American sentiments.

We're talking about a scum that shot a police officer 5 times including once in the back because he didn't like the officer arresting his brother for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. When he was brought to the hospital kicking and screaming causing a big fight with hospital workers and police he cursed and hoped his victim would die. Testimony of this was given by Priscilla Durham, a hospital security guard who was only inches away from him when he said it. Mumia was also full of other antics in the courtroom including fighting with the judge and giving political speeches. One of the Left's darlings. :wtf:

Murdering a police officer isn't considered murder by the Left - it's always gotta be self-defense or perhaps even a heroic act done by the "poor downtrodden disenfranchised" Blacks. Can we say promotion of racism and multi-culturalism? These are typical tactics of the Left to destroy our civilization.

I asked for any links to the 'pro-prosecution' side so I could read the other factual information. I didn't get any.

It's an old story. He was convicted back in the eighties. And has been held up by the Left ever since as one of their "heroes" since without a whit of evidence that Mumia is innocent of the crime of which he was convicted. What a great model for young black men.

The pressure of the Left however saved him from Death Row. He got another one of those fancy Leftist attorneys who rounded up lots of Hollywood idiots such as Sarandon and Ed Assner to support his "cause celebre". They all demanded that his death sentence be overturned. Such a "good" example to our young people on how the justice system is supposed to work.

He lucked out with a liberal Federal district judge who overruled the entire Pennsylvania Supreme Court. (sometime in the 90s and on a technicality) He's still is convicted with the crime but not sentenced to death any more. And still a Social Liberal "Hero". :puke3:

Isn't our system of justice supposed to use evidence to convict and not evidence to prove innocence?

The evidence was used to convict. During the appeal process, however, evidence is used to prove innocence.

yet the .38 was never matched to the slug in the cop and witness accounts of the shooter leaving the scene while mumia lay on the ground with a bullet in him.

And I feel badly for them, shouldn't there be a more thorough search for the shooter considering the evidence not allowed in the trial by a judge who made little pretense to be impartial?

Thanks fellow conservatives for the kind words. However, Suddeth seems to be a "nice guy" in the way that Alan Colnes is a nice guy. Fellows like this claim to be open minded and for free speech and then one questions why he is a Moderator on a Conservative board, using "intelligent" language like he does, and he insults my intelligence. I, honestly, don't care to be debating with liberals right now, although I can see some value for some people to engage in that. However, just because I view my limited time on the web as being, IMO, too valuable for that, I don't believe that I have to deal with someone like Mr. Suddeth. The rest of you do make one feel at home, except for that Travis guy, but I am interested in making sure the President wins, and getting opinions and views from persons with world views somewhat similar to mine.

I am to the right of Schwartzenhegger, for instance, and Giulianni, but I would not mind at all speaking to people of similar opinions as theirs. But as far as full blown "Democratic" liberal socialists, right now I don't have the time.

Come on concho. You don't want to just have your own opinions parroted back. Liberals serve the important function forcing you to examine your beliefs. Don't be that way, man. Stay and play!

If I hurt your feelings then maybe you do need to spend some time having your views parroted back at you. I certainly wouldn't want to try to challenge your new conservative beliefs if you're not ready for it.

Thats easy to fix. You just ignore my posts, except when I'm moderating.
