Socialism does not preclude private enterprise, you are just not allowed to operate sweat shops or otherwise unfairly exploit your workers or tenants if you are a landlord.

funny... all the world's sweatshops are in mexico, china, and all the other filthy polluted socialist utopiae.

if you are working in a sweatshop, you have the freedom to find another job.

None of the above are socialist. China is communist, all are poor.

We should compare ourselves with other modern countries, see sig pp1. They are all socialist- When we passed O-care, the PM of Finland said "we're all socialists now!". It's a synonym for intelligent and fair....

and watch finland's ecomony tank when the rest of the EU falls apart, and europe erupts once again in war. Half of europe is not just broke... they're teetering on the edge of total financial collapse.

Oh but FINLAND proves socialism works.

You've been a a union thug LOL? Well I haven't- I was a private school teacher, 1/3 the salary, no benefits, but none of the hassles of a public school teacher, all kinds of seminars, continuing education, conferences... NOT THUGS.

You righties point to Australia, NZ as goals? They are socialist. Min wage is $15 in Oz, 13 in NZ- Stop pandering a-hole greedy rich Pubs. It's STOOOPID lol...

BTW, the teachers in Wisconsin didn't strike over wages and benefits- they gave up enough, but over collective bargaining which Walker hadn't campaigned on.
