You shouldn't be fettering your teabag-sized brain on how these matters work. Being the stupidest, brain-addled (& stalker-voyeur of America) human being in the history of the UK, you should be more concerned with simpler things: how a light switch works, how the law of gravity works, how aspirating oxygen works to keep us alive, how the sun rises in the east, etc. You should focus on simple subjects you are cognitively capable of tackling, like eating, shitting and fucking, NOT complex government goings-on. Your intellectual capacity is better suited for watching the clouds pass by in a drooling, vegetative state with an expression on your face not unlike Colin Kaepernick's out-to-lunch vacant grin.
