How do you like the new World Trade Center plans?

I am happy that there is building going on..finally.

It's great to walk pass there and hear all the construction going on.

It's nice . . . but it will always make me sad that the originals aren't there. It's a reminder of what's gone. Not saying they shouldn't put anything there ... frankly, it's about time they did. Just saying ... it's different.

When did they officially break ground?

I know that there was years of dithering over the design and contracts and such. I wouldn't count that. Just from the first shovelful to the last bit of paint....how long?
