She seriously needs to be relieved of duty. This is beyond ridiculous. I bet nothing happens to her either.

There's a reason I stay the fuck outta B-more whenever possible.

    Well, multiple reasons, actually.

I believe Baltimore just gave up it's "highest crime rate" crown to Camden, N.J.

Usually, if you're not in on the heroin game, you're fairly safe, so long as you don't put up a fight when you're getting robbed

How exactly do you trespass on a public street?

I know there are ‘bad” cops, but something is fishy about this story, something I just can’t put my finger on..maybe it’s the pulling 40 feet forward after being stopped that makes me suspicious.

Or, is it the fact they had to drive under I-95 after leaving the game to even get to Cherry Hill?

They probably pulled 40 feet forward so that they could stop and figure out where the heck they were. And it's not impossible to drive under a major freeway like that if it's poorly marked. Or perhaps there aren't any entrance ramps for a long ways. Houston has some freeways like that--you get into downtown, you see the freeway, but you can't figure out how to get on it.

Or, a middle-class suburban couple decided to watch a ball game, and then indulge in some sweet sweet crack cocaine afterwards, so they drove to the seedy part of town. That's a logical theory too.
