Ginsberg is who everyone talks about But the chief Justice and Thomas are also potential retirees plus effectively all the liberal justices. Then there is the not so little matter of liberal lesser court judges getting tired of being over ridden. Then there are D missteps:

7% support of voters support their stand on immigration.

Wages and after-tax income are increasing but mostly in red states.

Generation Z is markedly more conservative than generation Y

The tax base is leaving most blue states.

Going far left will hurt the Ds for a very long time.

There could easily be a right wing federal bench through 2040 or beyond.

Let's hope the next one isn't a stealth statist squish like Kavanaugh.
