Start off with something that costs a dollar.

    Sell it for 50 cents.

Drive all competitors out of the market.

    Raise the price to $5.00.

    Some call that "just business".

In this country, it's called "Illegal".

When China does it, it's called "Good business".

    Drywall
    Cat food
    Glass
    Rare earths
    iPods
    baby formula
    furniture

Since they are the only ones left, you have to take what they give. Even if it comes with poison.

Capitalism is about competing away extraordinary returns.

If China tries to sell sweat socks for $15 each, they will get produced elsewhere.

China has more resources. Do some research on "rare earths". Just kidding.

I know it's not going to happen. I just had to say it.

    You are clueless dude!

China wins because they do not abide by American laws. They pollute, exploit workers, manipulate currency & steal technology. In the past month Coca Cola has stated it is no longer an American company & is investing heavily in China. Caterpillar & HP are also investing Hundreds of Billions in China.

actually he was on the money. Japan did the same shit for decades. Microchips being one market they dumped product into that made headlines 15 years ago.
