How can Trump even work?

November, 2016. Trump won, Senate and House got the Republican majority. Looked like the perfect time to start making America great again and to drain the Swamp.

During almost half a year the Swamp keeps inventing fake stories about Trump and his family, starts "investigations" based on those stories and keeps doing the best it can sticking Trump's wheels.

RussianForeign Minister Lavrov said Russia well understood the impact of the continued "anti-Russian bias of the U.S. Congress" now that the Trump administration had long been in.
The outgoing administration had aimed "to poison to a maximum U.S.-Russian ties" and create a "trap" for Trump, he added.

How strong and brave Trump must be to confront that powerful Deep State machine. I keep praying for him to stay alive, to cooperate with Russia with benefit for both countries and the whole world and to show how great USA can be without Deep State on its back.

No doubt he is able and wants to work. What's happening is that Deep State is doing its best to hobble him using just about all their possible tools: Media, loyal troops of brainwashed liberals, even certain Congressmen they control.

What's most sad and scary that the main enemy is not outside your country (of course it's not Russia!), it's in the heart of your country, in US Congress. If Congress were siding with Trump, he would have done a lot more important things by now and a lot easier. But it's not.

He's still done a great many things. No bills of course, that would require the Dems to stop crying and do something. He has done a lot through executive order and negotiating with other leaders. All things considered, he's been a busy man.
