How can a nurse be fat you ask? Well, ask my ex-wife. She was a nurse and after we got divorced, she got real fat. And ugly. Looks like I got out at a real good time.

No, but I don't get the reasoning. Why would someone presumably concerned with health and the care of others let themselves go?

well in the worst case they have a disease/deficiency that prevents them from losing weight or not gaining it quickly
