Fox mustn't think its a big deal. Big establishment Democrats probably don't think its a big deal. These hippie small government / equal speech folks seem to come up first with the Google because they do.
How big a deal is this? Heck, free speech and secret speech, are they the same thing? My inclination is to say they have to be because lord forbid you get caught talking negatively about the big government Department of Homeland Security in an important enough way for them to care.
