1) That the managers of where he works are generally clueless (which 99.9% of them are.)
2) That Trump's own record in business has had far more failures than successes.
3) That running a government and a business are totally different skill sets. Hint- you can't fire people who disagree with you.

But at least you admit your misogyny was a factor. that's a first step in getting help.
