The liberals on the Supreme Court managed to create a new test of a Judge's ability to rule on cases. Now let us see what happens when a clearly prejudice Judge is allowed to rule on cases involving race or between groups or people of differing races.

The ruling is what it is. You can try to twist it all you want but at the end of the day it pertains to campaign contributions for elected judges. Them are the facts.

La Raza is basically the Latino equivalent of the NAACP. Big deal.
