They manufacture a "crisis", so they can implement a "solution" that actually makes the "crisis" worse.

How EXACTLY would the corrections take place.

If immigrants of an unfavorable nature, outnumber your group of favorable immigrants, what will kee them from deporting you?

I guess you could come up with a plan for every one of your guys, to deport two of their guys. That maybe difficult.
