They investigated the Katrina disaster for a long time, but oddly failed to focus the investigation (and their endless blame "boooosh" accusations) against the right guilty parties.

It was perfectly proper to investigate Whitewater and the Lewinsky matter, but the so-called "special prosecutor" fucked it up and wasted tons of money and time.
